Our office accepts several medical and dental insurances, and we provide out-of-network care for most others. Please email us or give us a call, we’ll be happy to provide a complimentary benefits check to help you understand your plan before your visit.

 If you would like another care provider to send us your medical/dental records or x-rays before your visit, they may send them via email or physical mail.
